I highly recommend the following books as a source of guidance and enlightenment.  Although there are many spiritually aware people in the world today, Michael Mirdad has been essential in my growth and awareness of the Light within.  For additional reference materials, writings, tapes etc. you can access his website.

The 3 books shown below are my favorites for basic ‘go to’ reminders when my ego and the world attempts to make me doubt my Oneness with God.

The Book of Love and Forgiveness

One of the most difficult things to do is to love yourself. I know it was for me. We are taught it is egotistical to say how much we love ourselves. There is a large difference between thinking a lot of yourself and loving yourself. I could never love another until I learned to love myself. And I could never forgive another’s transgressions until I could forgive myself. This book taught me what forgiveness is all about. A word I used to hate and now I realize there was nothing to forgive… only love.

You’re Not Going Crazy… You’re Just Waking Up!

When I first arrived in Sedona, I was what people call a ‘hot mess’ spiritually. I couldn’t stop crying and didn’t know what I was crying about. I thought I was going out of my mind. Michael Mirdad handed me this book and I had no idea what he was talking about. I thought I was the only person in the world feeling insane and confused. After reading this book I knew there are millions of people that felt (at one time or another) exactly like me. I cannot say enough about this book. It is right on the money. You are not alone.

The Dark Night of the Soul

Did you ever feel you were falling into a pit and there was no safety net? Then this is the book for you. When I was told I was going through the Dark Night of the Soul, I boldly asked “What the _ _ _ _ is that?!” And demanded to know when it would end! Michael said we all go through it and sometimes not only once!

Well, each time it gets easier if we pay attention, open our hearts and grow spiritually. “I never promised you a rose garden” says the song. Just don’t grab the thorns. This book is a great source to guide us out of the darkness without fear. Michael Mirdad has a great gift of putting words in a way that soothes our fears to let us know love is always our way into the Light.
